Multi-Orifice Threaded Diffusers
Multi-Orifice Threaded Injection Quills are excellent for even chemical dispersion across an entire pipe diameter. Quills are available in all materials.
Typical Uses:
Injecting chemicals into a liquid flow stream.
Dispersing gases such as CO2, Ozone, or Air into a liquid flow stream (gas/liquid diffusion).
For sizing recommendations on the orifice holes, contact Inyo Process. Alternatively you can use an on-line orifice calculator and determine the flow rate through a single orifice hole and then multiply times the number of diffuser holes.

Multi-Orifice diffusers are available in two configurations QX & QXM:
QX style - A male/female npt fitting with a female npt for the chemical connection that allows for easy connection to a pipe or threaded npt tube fitting.
